This Privacy Policy describes how MckBui Solutions Pty Ltd ABN 11 647 540 583 t/a as Your Daily Organizer (YDO, Site or we) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or subscribe from the Site.

WHO WE ARE

YDO is an Australian software business based in Sydney, New South Wales. When we refer to ‘YDO', we're referring to all of YDO’s products. This includes the YDO mobile app, web app and website.

In this policy, we make mention of the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and the Privacy Act 1988 (The Act). These regulations govern our responsibilities concerning the handling of personal information by YDO within Australia. When YDO is accessed outside of Australia, supplementary provisions may come into effect, which are detailed in the sections titled ‘Specific Provisions for California Residents’.

Under The Act, personal information encompasses a wide spectrum of data that has the potential to identify an individual. This can include, among other things, an individual's name, address, sensitive details, photographs, internet protocol (IP) addresses, and location data from a mobile device.

COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support.   • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our developers, processor and payment gateways.

Customer support information

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.
  • Purpose of collection: to provide customer support.

  • Disclosure for a business purpose: customer support company used by us to provide you customer support.

MINORS

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. YDO is offered and available to users who are at least 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into contractual agreements.

We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at info@yourdailyorganizer.com to request deletion.

SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

COOKIES

Ensuring the security of our users' information is a matter of utmost importance to us. Information we collect may be stored or processed on computers located in any country where we do business. All files uploaded by YDO users' are stored in AWS cloud-based data centres.

Please note that YDO may include links to third-party websites. Should you choose to visit a third-party site from YDO, please note that any information you provide to that site and how the third party handles that information are beyond YDO's control and are not governed by this Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of each site you visit.

This Privacy Policy covers personal information gathered by YDO. For example, if you upload content, which may include personal information, to a social network and subsequently tag YDO, your submission will be subject to the terms of use and Privacy Policy of that particular social network. This applies even when you post on an official YDO page within the social network. It's important to note that we do not have authority over these terms of use and privacy policies, and we have not conducted an assessment of their suitability. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully review these policies before providing any personal information.

CHANGES

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
